Black Cat Lever-Lock Handle is constructed of lacquered hardwoods, heavy gauge plated steel, and die-cast aluminum parts. The spring action locks tight yet releases with the flip of a finger. Shock Absorber effect created by the heavy duty spring in the   handle practically eliminates loose and broken handles and worn staff holes. Fits Black Cat Metal Band Mops, Floor Brushes and Squeegees.
